Q: Please introduce yourself to everyone!

Wang : My name is Wang Haoxiang, I’m 21 years old, from Foshan GP Mixed Martial Arts, my coach is Zhang Lipeng, and then I’ve been practicing Mixed Martial Arts for one year.I’m very grateful for the opportunity given to me by the platform to participate in the competition. Although I lost by split decision, I have only been training for a year. I hope the platform will give me another chance and I look forward to rematch a stronger opponent.

Q: What is your greatest feeling after the fight?

Wang : My opponent’s boxing skills were very good, including his takedowns and grappling. He was good at standing and I fought with. I wasn’t afraid when he took me down because my grappling is also very good. My coach taught me different techniques and defences against takedowns, so even when I was under pressure I was able to get back up. He fought really well, he’s a veteran who’s been in a lot of competitions. Although he has more experience in big fights compared to me, I am still young and have a lot of opportunities ahead of me.

Q: What would you like to say to your supporters?

Wang : I would like to thank everyone for supporting me. I will have more exciting fights in the future and share the results with my friends, family and coach.

Q: What do you think is the most important quality of a good fighter?

WANG : Just stick to it if your family has more money.
