Zhang : Hello everyone, I’m Zhenyang Zhang from Nujiang, Yunnan.

Zhang: I think I did well this time. I feel ready to fight at any time, fully prepared.

Q: What are your expectations and goals for your future career?

Zhang : First of all, I want to thank Happy Elephant for giving me the opportunity to showcase myself. And I will continue to improve in Happy Elephant.

Q: When did you start getting involved in mixed martial arts?

Zhang : As many people know, I started with Muay Thai. I trained in Thailand before, and I got into mixed martial arts 3 years ago. I met Lipeng in Thailand, and when I came back to China, Lipeng taught me mixed martial arts.

Q: How has being a professional fighter changed your life?

Zhang: I feel that it has made me more positive and confident.

Q: What do you think is the charm of combat sports?

Zhang: Some things are love at first sight, and that’s the charm of combat sports.

Q: What important qualities do you think an excellent fighter should have?

Zhang: I think it’s martial virtue. Young people should value martial virtue and show respect for the sport and the referees.

Q: How has combat sports positively influenced your personal growth and development?

Zhang: Let me tell you, when I was a kid, I was overweight. But with the help of martial arts, I have become physically stronger and better.
